ABOUT DE’VEILOPE EVENT CONSULTING & DESIGN
De’Veilope Event Consulting & Design is a luxury event production and experience design firm
known for transforming creative concepts into immersive and exquisitely executed experiences.

As we evolve into a world-class hospitality brand, we seek team members who embody high-
touch service, meticulous execution, creativity, and operational excellence.

We design experiences that feel intentional, seamless, and emotionally resonant. Every detail,
from warehouse preparation to gala installation, reflects our commitment to hospitality and
aesthetic precision. Team members contribute to a culture where warmth, forward-thinking, and
care inform every interaction and every production decision.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Creative Operations Manager leads the planning, organization, and execution of De’Veilope’s

Forward-thinking is essential to success in this role. The company must operate with a multi-week
horizon rather than a day-by-day approach. The ideal candidate is strategic and hands-on, able to
interpret creative diagrams, foresee challenges, maintain order, and deliver a luxury-level standard
of execution on site. This individual ensures the warehouse environment and all event installations
reflect the brand’s commitment to hospitality and visual excellence.
