ABOUT THE ROLE
Deveilope Events is seeking a Production Installation Technician to join our team immediately.
This is a part-time, weekly position for individuals who are ready to move with speed, precision,
and professionalism in a fast-paced, high-end event environment.
We are actively booking major events and need reliable team members who can step in and
execute at a high level—this is not a standby role.
As a Production Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and breaking down
event décor, furniture, staging elements, and custom builds. Your role is critical to ensuring our
designs are executed cleanly, safely, and efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Install and dismantle event décor, shelving units, draping, and structures
Accurately measure and ensure all elements are level, secure, and aligned
Execute layouts, renderings, and production instructions with precision
Load and unload trucks with care and organization
Maintain clean, polished setups that reflect a luxury standard
Work efficiently under tight timelines and production schedules
Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust installations on-site as needed
TOOLS AND READINESS REQUIREMENTS
Must maintain a professional tool belt at all times, including a measuring tape and essential hand tools
Must be highly proficient with power drills and installation tools
Expected to be ready to repair, adjust, or install any element quickly and efficiently on-site
Ability to problem-solve and execute fixes without compromising quality
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with tools, assembly, staging, or event production preferred
Strong understanding of measurements, leveling, and structural integrity
Fast, reliable, and solution-oriented
